The reason why I'm giving a 2 stars is for constructive criticism, They ladies deserve 5 stars for kindness, friendliness and sweet ladies. But as in for professionals it's barely 1 star, I've have experience it by phone and in person, they are a mess, unorganized and leaving things unsure. 27th March I call for confirmation and paid full by phone and was going to call me to tell me right away that they made the payment, but never received a call. The next day 28th another lady called saying that I had to paid? But I already paid yesterday by phone with another lady but I don't know what happened, and wanted to confirm her what frame it was ,hang up and she called again saying about the frame and I could have heard she didn't know where she put it but then found it, when we went in person I could see how unorganized they both were both very kind and sweet to the rest of the customers, anyways at the end my grandma finally has her glasses but I don't know if we are going again there even though she has been going there for years, I just hope they have this in mind and have a work plan so everything goes smoothly in their work environment ❤️❤️❤️

The women running the front are very skilled and even offered me a discount because I couldn’t afford contacts. The optometrist however, was rude, abrasive, and failed to listen to my needs. I believe he even gave me an incorrect prescription. He insisted I wore a Covid mask (which I understand and complied with). But when the mask kept fogging up the lenses and they would get foggy he refused to give me a tissue to wipe them and continually kept sighing when I asked for one. Im like, how can I answer “#1 or #2” if they’re fogged up? Very bad customer service
