There was staff there I was pre registered so it was easy only a few questions. But however the young man who took me in didn't instructed me after he gave the package to change. But I noticed he did so to another patient after me. Then they called her in before me and we were both getting same procedure done. That shows me favoritism. Overall I like the place and was very convenient getting there.

I was told I would be at this imaging place for a total of 75 minutes. Instead, I was there for more than three and a half hours, most of it waiting. I understand this is health care and waits are inevitable but no one told me anything about what was going on or what to expect. When I was finally leaving, I heard the front desk clerk calling the back saying something about how someone in the waiting room had been there for three hours already and hadn't even been taken back yet. So if you go here, be patient, don't make plans for the rest of the day, and definitely bring a book or a magazine (paper--you have to lock up your stuff including your phone as you wait in thin gowns in the second waiting room). Also, I had scheduled another MRI that had been cancelled because they realized that would have no technicians that day (3 weeks in advance). So I had to reschedule for another month after that. So I will get that test about 2 months after the original order.
