Good experience - my appointment started within 10-15 minutes of the scheduled time, front desk was polite and helpful, techs were knowledgeable and patient with my questions. No issues with injecting the contrast and my results were delivered later that day. I was generally nervous and not a fan of the confined space and they communicated what would happen well enough I felt better about the procedure.

I had a 12pm cardiac MRI appointment. I showed up 1130am to fill out forms as directed . At 12:10 I asked receptionist what time I would be taken for appointment, she informed me it would be another 30 min making it 40 min late. At 12:30 I asked again and was told it would be 1:30om which would be 90 min late. There was no notice of this when I arrived, no update when time kept being pushed back. I asked if that was an actual time and was told no, meaning could be pushed back again. The center manager was "busy" I asked for call back and that never happened. I'm a medical professional, delays happen, I get that. What I don't get is that there was no communication when I arrived and none as the time kept getting pushed back. I left, there was no guarantee that the time wouldn't change again. There was a lack of communication, a lack of compassion and I was dismissed. I won't be going back there. There are many more professional compassionate ways to have handled the situation.
