Great staff, wait times were reasonable. No complaints. Will come here myself since today’s appointment was for my mom but I liked the service enough to want to replace my current dentist with this one.

I was a patient from November 2025 to April 2026. The clinical staff and the doctor deserve 5 stars—they are extremely professional and caring. Unfortunately, the front office experience is the complete opposite. The receptionists almost never answer the phone; I’ve had to physically walk into the office just to get a simple question answered. To make matters worse, when the front desk makes a scheduling error, they push your appointment back by weeks rather than fixing their mistake quickly. It’s disappointing that such an amazing medical team is overshadowed by such poor administrative service.
