As a customer, when I walk into an establishment my first things are cleanliness and presentation. How the employees presents themselves; their body language, their facial expression and whether or not they seem eager to assist. From reception at Grace Optical I felt welcomed and comfortable. Their Jerome branch is convenient in location (at least for me), and the staff there are so friendly! A very big shout out to Chris- he went above and beyond! Very attentive, patient, and charismatic. He was very thorough and explained exactly what i was paying for, and throughout the process kept in communication with me. This is what a paying customer looks for when they are about to spend their hard earned money at a store- compassion, respect and to be seen or considered. As for their product, there are lots of options to choose from, everyone is able to find an eye accessory to match their personality here! And even when they dont have something in a particular style or color- they are willing to order it in for you. Grace Optical- thank you and never lose your spirit! -A satisfied customer.
