Dr. Dillon and his staff have provided the best treatment and services I have ever received from any doctor's office. Appointments are on time and the staff runs the office very efficiently. They always return calls and answer questions promptly. I have received nothing but stellar health care from Dr. Dillon and Gotham Medical Group!

Very disappointed with what’s happened in the transition to NYU Langone. I’ve seen Jeffrey Kwong for years as my PCP at Gotham Medical. For an acute medical need, I’m advised neither he — nor any of his colleagues — can see me for a month. His assistant had no means to escalate my need or prioritize me and simply told me I need to wait to hear from management (with no ETA on when I would). This is a totally impossible way to deliver primary care in a meaningful way that meets any basic standard of care. People cannot wait a month to see a provider when they need them immediately. And brick-walling patients with no access to superiors or a vehicle for feedback only proves the lack of true interest in quality care. Very sad to see a great provider absorbed by a terribly inept organization.
