doctor chua is great! The receptionist and one of the nurses were both awful. The receptionist was uncooperative, unhelpful, gave a nasty attitude when I asked for a pharmacy nearby. She was taking so long that I asked for the bathroom code, and when I came back and asked if she found a pharmacy, she said, “Well you just left” and then told the head nurse that I was giving her a hard time. And the head nurse used this as an opportunity to get back at me. I stood in front of the receptionist for 10 minutes and she could not find a pharmacy nearby. She couldn’t do her job and put her frustration on the patients. The nurse also tried to get into a fight with me over finding a pharmacy nearby.
