I felt a moral obligation to share my experience. While dealing with a severe, throbbing toothache, the clinic claimed they submitted a request to the insurance company and I called my insurance company directly after 2 weeks of waiting, and they confirmed they never received anything from this office, and ask me to call this clinic again to confirm and the receptionist immediately told me oh the request is denied. Because I was in extreme pain and needed to go to urgent care, I repeatedly verified my email address with the receptionist so the doctor could send over my X-rays and referral. The doctor kept lying, claiming it was sent, and actually had the audacity to scream at me over the phone, and I still have received absolutely nothing. I even noticed they have a sign posted on the wall telling patients to pay to get their own X-ray results when I was getting treatment in the clinic. I also observed they make people have long wait times but very rushed procedures. The doctor spent minimal time on my dental cleaning and filling and showed extreme impatience when I had to ask her 3 times to adjust my bite correctly. They left a patient in agonizing pain stranded without their medical records while being verbally aggressive. Extremely unethical. Avoid.
