Staff is great. Both my wife and I see Karla for therapy and love her. She is great to talk to, really understands our issues, and tries to push us just enough. She's very accommodating with scheduling and has been available as needed during crises times.

What I would like to say about Alexa is she is professional, kind, caring, non-judgmental, with a sense of humor, and a great personality that is a pleasure to be around. Back some months ago I was skeptical about looking for a therapist, but I had reached the end of the road in a very dark place that I had been for a long time. After calling several therapists Alexa was the only one to call me back. After explaining to Alexa that I was transgender, and that I was truly lost and at the end of road and heading into a even darker place in a bad way, we set up an appointment for a video conference. I asked her to let me speak first and tell her everything that was going on and to see if she could help me to get what I needed out of therapy she assured me that this was no problem  she would be able to help. After speaking to her I realized that we just clicked and that I could speak to her about anything. She has been a great help to me, I am truly in the best place that I have ever been in my entire life thanks to Alexa, myself, and my family. So if anyone out there needs a therapist Alexa is the woman to see, she will put you in a place that makes you feel safe and secure to talk about your problems I just want to say thanks again Alexa it's been truly wonderful and a pleasure to know you and you know I mean this from the bottom of my heart ️ ️
