I had such an amazing and heartfelt experience during my visit. Everyone was incredibly kind and warm—from the front desk staff to the X-ray technician Martine, the hygienists Elma, and Kadima, Dr. Circosta’s assistant. Kadima was especially gentle and attentive during my procedure, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I truly felt cared for every step of the way. Dr. Circosta truly touched my heart. When he learned about my cancer journey, he generously waived the cost of my procedures out of pure compassion. It’s so rare to meet a doctor with that kind of kindness and empathy these days. I was deeply moved and couldn’t help but tear up. After my procedure, I even asked if I could give him a hug as my way of expressing my sincere gratitude. That’s how much his kindness meant to me. I’ll be coming back next week to finish the remaining work, and I honestly feel so grateful and at peace. I am beyond happy with the results and truly thankful for everything he has done for me.

I have been coming to this practice for two years, but the administrative scheduling has become completely unacceptable. My time is just as valuable as the clinic's, but they consistently show a total lack of consideration for their patients' schedules. This is now the second time they have altered my appointment. The first time, they pushed my appointment out by an entire 24 days. For this most recent visit, they contacted me to move my appointment 30 minutes earlier. Yet, despite rushing to get there early as requested, I wasn't actually seen until 9:50 AM. What is the point of forcing a patient to alter their day and show up early just to make them sit in the waiting room for an extra 20 to 25 minutes? Even on regular days, a 20+ minute wait past the scheduled time seems to be the norm here. The dental care itself is fine, but the front office management and scheduling logistics are incredibly frustrating. If you value your time and need a reliable schedule, I would look elsewhere.
