Zero stars. I'm going to city council or police to try to help me get my brother out of this place now. They arent feeding him. They gave him cookies and a fruit punch fake drink. They refused to give him any food. They gave him some old eggs barely edible all day!! Im horrifed at the last several reviews I read that agree w this. This place should be shut down. His Counselor seems okay. I really hope that he can help out. Its almost impossible to get in touch w anyone. Doesnt matter how many times you call no one answers. After the last review that I read , i'm going to pull my relative out of here. DONT BRING ANYONE HERE.

Id give them zero stars 🌟 if I could. This place is terrible. The place itself is ghetto and so is the staff. I had to beg them to give me MY OWN prescription medication multiple times while there and I wasnt the only one there that had to go through this. The food they give is days old; they give you tiny little towels that dont even cover your body; have ONE working TV remote(even though there's a bunch of other people there with you using the same remote - which leads to fighting over it.) The intake process is unprofessional and it becomes even worse with the staff. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I was "escorted" off the property (I was going to leave regardless) but they felt it necessary to call the cops on me. The whole thing started because they wouldn't give me MY OWN meds that I brought in and wouldn't listen to me. Theyre extremely unprofessional and this is the WORST detox I've ever set foot in.
