My first time at Odyssey Optical and it's definitely my new local go-to shop for exams and basic frames. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! Has a great family/neighborhood vibe to it- efficient but you don't feel rushed. They even helped fix up my old loose frames at no cost. The eye exam by Susana was very thorough and she took the time to answer my questions in detail and in terms I could follow. Best eye exam I ever had, seriously- felt like this will be the most accurate script I've received. They have a decent selection of frames in house but due to my insurance I was limited to a handful of affordable frames. They even had the form needed to renew the corrective lenses portion of a driver's license renewal! I highly recommend them and I look forward to my next visit. Customer service is just simply outstanding! Thanks Odyssey!
