They didn’t just treat the injury-they really took the time to understand my goals and map out a path to get me back to doing what I love. It’s clear that Dr. Paul and Dr. Vincent genuinely care about their patients. During the NYC marathon, I was touched to hear how excited Dr. Paul was to be at the race cheering on their clients who were running. Their communication, expertise, and attention to detail come through in every session, and I always felt supported and encouraged throughout the process. I remember feeling terrified to do any movement that may be painful or could potentially reinjure myself, and now I’m back to running and climbing without fear! I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a sports-related injury and looking for truly personalized, high-quality care!

Because of our broken healthcare system, physical therapy is unfortunately a “you get what you pay for” service. I strained my hamstring last summer and went to two PT clinics that accepted my NYC employee insurance. Both were large chains, and both had the same problems people always complain about. I spent a few minutes doing random exercises with no explanation, was told to put ice on it, and then told to come back the next week. Over the past few months, Dr. Paul has helped me gradually and safely increase the load on my leg, and I’m now back to running. Dr. Paul listens, takes notes, and makes sure I’m challenging my body without pushing too far. He’s warm, easy to talk to, and runs a spotless office. In a perfect world, this level of care would be standard. In the world we live in, Game Plan is absolutely worth the investment, and I can’t recommend them enough.
