I had worst experience in this place!!! i wanted check eye frame the sale prep was super rood and when i asked which one my insurance cover since i was planning to do lasik i didn’t wanted to pay a frame almost thousand dolar and she directly lied that they dont accept my insurance then i said i was here before they said they accepting and she just kept lie like some stupid would believe!!! And i said 2 weeks ago she took her sweet time to check and said yes they are accepting but basic ones like hell she was keep lieing to look my face and took my whole energy to even check frames scamming customers to sell glasses that i need to just copay she was greedy enough to make every lie to her way to make customers pay full price and more even they have insurance cover!!!!! Stay away these scamming woman!!! Aware of this place and this scammer ! Ashame of yourself woman !!!!play with human health and time and money !

✨ I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Bill at Cohen’s Fashion Optical in Forest Hills, NY. Although I’m not currently a customer, I stopped by the store to ask for help with my glasses. Bill was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He repaired my glasses perfectly and gave me the attentive care I needed. Because of this excellent experience, I’ll gladly consider returning to Cohen’s when it’s time to purchase a new pair. Thank you, Bill!
