I usually don’t review after a first visit, but Dr. Syed and her office needs a five-star first impression. Front desk: Very smooth check-in process, clearly communicated what was needed from me, and extremely pleasant. Office was clean, tidy, and well-organized, despite it being a Saturday, a multi-specialty practice, and having a full patient schedule. I waited less than 10 minutes (maybe even less than that) after my scheduled time to be seen. Dr. Syed was very clear on her plan of care and was lovely to speak with. She also puts a lot of trust in her staff and gives them a lot of credit on how smoothly the office is run. Will absolutely return, and would recommend to anyone looking for a PCP.
