Dr. Hamilton is hands down an all around amazing kind, super informative, knowledgeable and super professional obstetrics and gynecology specialist. She made me feel super comfortable from start to finish. My follow up appointment was a bit uncomfortable for me and she didn't give me a feeling of intimidation or leave any room for me to feel anything other than confident. She also assured me that there was nothing to worry about. I Would recommend her to everyone young and old. You can tell she's passionate and thorough about what she does and it’s more than just a job to her but more of a calling. She’s also Such a light to encounter. Dr Gu is an excellent and caring endocrinologist. Alison/Alice the nurse cares about her patients and she went well and beyond to help my elderly parent. Emily at the front desk is always attentitive and helpful with every patient. She helped me navigate through the complicated mychart system. The staffs at 18 Ave Bensonhust location are empathetic and helpful in person. But over the phone you can hardly reach anyone. Technology is wonderful here, but somehow it doesn’t work well in delivering patient care and made the live of the staffs harder. For the past 2 years, the staffs had to manually change the incorrect phone number of the facility on each paper it was printed. Such an easy fix from IT and it took so long and still unfixed.
