I saw Doris for my physical and had a great experience. She was incredibly thorough and took the time to go through everything with me, answering all my questions along the way. She has a very calming presence and made the entire process feel easy and stress free. If you're looking for someone professional who truly listens, I highly recommend her.

I visited the office as a new patient. As I approached the desk there were many staff milling about but it took minutes to be greeted. There was lots of yelling about who was in what room. A patient was being told to take her anti anxiety meds in the waiting area by a staff member. Finally I was greater. I gave my name and my appt time. “Are you sure you have an appt? No I don’t see you”. I hand over my ID, “oh we spelled your name wrong”. I sit and wait. There’s more yelling about the room I will go to I presume. Soon, a staff member walks up to a man and says “you’re going to room 3”. He stares blankly, “I’m a pharmaceutical rep”. So I chime in, “are you looking for Sarah?” (We are the only two people in the waiting room). He does not look like a Sarah… she tells me, room 3. We walk back and she escorts me to a different room. The door closes and she introduces herself as a student PA. The door opens “oh there’s someone in here!” And closes again quickly. Her, “you’re a new patient? Why are you here?” She logs into … Google with her cell phone on and in her hand. “I have lots of questions since you are new. Whats your DOB? I give it to her and minutes pass. “Why are you here?” I am a new patient. I have a long medical history. I start with the need for a prescription refill. She types that in with 2 fingers. “What else…” I give her two items from my list “HOLD ON!” That’s when I decided this office was not for me. I walked back to the rude receptionist and explained I won’t be a patient here. She says “you have that right.” There were doctors all around, no one seemed to notice or care. This office is more disorganized than any business I’ve ever experienced. I felt like I was in the twilight zone.
