Parking was very convenient. Facility space was pristine clean. Arrival reception assistant service was mediocre. Cassy, technician was excellent, very thorough and offered highest quality care. Dr.Lima was a delightful doctor.He was very professional, pleasant, looked into my records diligently, knew important details, he was not hurried, educated me well, gave sound advice, applauded for what is going well. In my few decades of eye exams and opthalmologist visits, by far this was the most impressive. It is worth the few extra dollars for prescription services. The equipment seemed state of the art .The check out assistant at the desk was very helpful and pleasant. Overall, would give this office and services a 5 star rating!
