First Impression Dental Pc

I went to this place 4 months ago to get a implant first and foremost the promotion was misleading but hey i drove 7 hrs to have this work done just because i needed it … and once i got there they bombarded me with needing more then i came for oh well i paid out of pocket for 3 implants my insurance would cover $1500 on the 4th implant here it is i had a piece of tooth fragment in my gums ,., was charged $500 and something just to remove that then i call today 4 months later while giving my implants time to heal, I’m ready to go back for my fourth implant. They have never even submitted my insurance claim.so now she’s saying it will be $1500 ma’am i paid for whatever the dr. told me to pay for it’s not my problem that yall didn’t submit the claim … ugh i hate this for them but i must say the dr. Was very nice and understanding

I do not live far from this dental office and walk by it often . I visited a dental office in Herald square and they ask me to give credit card info before the actual consultation. I didn't feel comfortable so I decided to walk in here and the receptionist was wonderful. She took her time explaining to me about my insurance and the cost of consultation she also recommended places and in what Boro was best for my insurance. I would recommend this office for its thoughtful help inspite of not getting my business this time.
