This is my second pregnancy with them and I have zero complaints. Dr.Altizer is amazing! I always feel so heard and not just told “ it’s normal pregnancy stuff” I can not recommend her enough!

The doctors are fantastic but the nurses are absolutely awful. I couldn’t ever call the nurse line with a question without them getting extremely hateful and rude. This ended up with me switching to a different ob because I was so tired of being almost afraid to call. I was in the process of switching during my last pregnancy and I couldn’t see my new ob yet because they hadn’t processed my paperwork yet and I was having some complications. I already had an ultrasound scheduled for the next week at this ob (I was around 7 weeks at the time and had previously had 2 miscarriages) I called to see if I could go ahead and get an ultrasound to make sure things were okay. The nurse on the phone told me ,very rudely, basically that they weren’t going to do that and that I needed to decide where I was going to have my baby. That was just the last time that I called them, there were many other times that I was talked to like this not just the once. I would rather die on the side of the road than to be taken back to fort sanders.
