Staff does not answer the phone no matter which line you try. I've tried scheduling an appointment all day. While the staff is nice they seem unequipped to answer medical questions during check up procedures. My vitals nurse did not know which system of the body an EKG monitors and my doctor never gave me the referrals for xrays for my chest pain. Trying to callback and speak to someone is truly like pulling teeth through cracked pavement. Please don't waste your time with this facility they're not reliable after the initial new patient visit.

I like my doctor Nweku. However the customer service sucks !! No one EVER answers the phone !!! Ever. Always transferred to some nameless answering service. I’ve been calling for three days after a visit trying to get my high blood pressure meds refilled. My doc said she sent them to pharmacy. Not there. Had to finally call the main location. At least someone actually answered. I explained my situation. He seemed very nice and concerned. Tried to connect me to the nurse at Broadway (who never answers either) so of course she didn’t and I leave another message on some nameless answering service. This lack of service is ongoing. And the receptionist is barely civil when you visit.
