Edit: I had a good experience at first but my subsequent experiences haven’t been so great. The residents have no bedside manner, I never got to see the attending, the front desk women were rude. The call center system is ridiculous and impossible to navigate. A real headache. The only thing I can continue to say is very very good are the medical assistants and nurses. They’re kind and do a good job. I’ve had good experiences here each time I’ve come here for Primary Care with internal medicine. The residents, attendings, front desk, medical assistants, etc are all very kind and thorough. I felt like I got a lot of time with the doctor and they really listened and paid attention to me. It’s a great office!

I had a ‘physical’ on Wednesday One of the most incomplete physicals I’ve ever had was not Ask to put on a gown sit on the table was not examined whatsoever. Besides the nurse taking my blood pressure. I told Dr Ayone of a few problems. She simply referred me to the dermatologist wouldn’t even look at the problem , She said yeah, those things are hard to diagnose sometimes . Did not do EKG which I’ve always had at physicals in the past at my age , Then Dr. Ayaona literally told me she was in a hurry she had to go and get to her next patient. It was the most incomplete physical I’ve ever had. I feel it’s ashamed. The insurance is even billed. However, there was a doctor much more seasoned that came in and chatted with me for a moment about my previous hospital visit and asked me a few questions, about my pain level and getting out of breath ,which I have. Important questions that she had not thought of asking.Also, I asked for a B12 shot which she would not give. I don’t know why my other doctors always have. I’ve been fatigued. at any rate. I will definitely not be seeing this young doctor again. I’m sure she will learn as she gets more experienced, but it’s just not gonna be on me. However I will stay with the practice and see Dr. Douglas hellcat next time which was my original referral. He was just booked up too far in advance to see this time.
