Update spring 2021. It's been quiet. Surprised at the support I'm receiving. The new recreation person is very personable, my son likes talking to her. He's more comfortable walking around the building and calling staff for me. West 116 store front has been a great support helping me with documents that I need printed. No more drama and haven't seen new staff members in a while so that's a plus for me. I like consistently, if I ask I get an answer and I'm not hearing anymore gossip. I just wish they would help those with substance abuse problems. The smell from the burning drugs is very annoying, I found a .... haphazardly thrown in the trash. If they could get help from the supportive housing people to get those people off or get them the help they need outside of this building. I don't want my son smelling that multiple times everyday. 4 stars

Before I, and Jerome moved In to the apartment the apartment had a carbon monoxide gas leak . We, didn't find out until 04/04/18 the Day of Con Edison Gas Inspection . The entire Time living In the Apt to Con Edd Inspection Date there, existed a Carbon monoxide gas leak . The Apt got I, and I step daughter sick . The Kitchen and living room window remains still broken as Is when us both First moved In . The neighbor that lives next door for 35 Years said " the Man that was living in you'll apt before you'll was crazy and had over 40 Cats living In there with Him" " He opened His Apt door One Time I, was Infront of His Apt door talking to the Supper I, got One Whiff It got I, sick I, had to go to the emergency room." I, found out It was 96 Cats. NYS NYC DOMHH air quality control division came there and conducted a air quality test with the devise, they mailed me a copy of the Violation. To present FACES NY INC still have I, living In that DOMHH AIR QUALITY CONTROL DIVISION Apartment Violation And I, have Chronic Asthma upon other physical disabilities.
