We were able to get walk-in appointments easily. The eye doctor was very nice and quick. They had a wide variety of frames available. At the front, everyone was very patient and understanding.

I went to go get a eye exam on March 14 and was told that my glasses would be ready within 7 to 10 days. Every time when I called to ask were my glasses ready they kept telling me they would be here by the next day. Today, April 8 when I went to the store to check if my glasses were ready, they told me they were not here yet. The lady told me to return tomorrow because the delivery has not been dropped off for the day. I told her how I was told to come pick it up on Monday and that I would like a refund because it’s almost been a month and I still don’t have my glasses .The guy then said that my glasses were in the lab and that he would go and go get them. When he returned with the glasses, the glasses were wide like they have been worn by somebody else. I had to get them adjusted twice just for them to fit my face properly. When I asked for my refund again, he said no because they don’t do refund and I’m mad because I paid $120 for something that already looked worn. When I asked for a glasses case, they told me that they don’t have any supplies and I would have to wait until next week. The guy told the lady to give me a case and she gave me a case that was with another glasses. when I asked for a cloth, they did not have that neither. This was by far The WORST experience I ever had at an eyeglass place and LONGEST I had to wait and still received TERRIBLE SERVICE. Don’t even waste your time getting glasses here unless you have a month to spare.
