I strongly advise anyone considering this Visionworks location to take their business elsewhere. My husband recently had an extremely disappointing experience that reflected a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. The level of customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff was completely unacceptable and far below what anyone should expect from a healthcare provider. The interaction with Milla was unnecessarily difficult and unhelpful. She was unable to assist with a simple request and then attempted to put us on hold where we heard her discuss our situation with other colleagues in a manner that resulted in mockery and audible laughter. What was further disappointing was that the concerns raised during our interaction were not taken seriously, even after management became involved. The lack of accountability from both staff and management was deeply disappointing. It is clear this location has little concern for the customer experience. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Unfortunately, based on our experience, those standards were not met at this location. There are many other eye care providers that value their patients and provide far better service. I would not recommend this Visionworks location as the staff are unhelpful and mock, disrespect and humiliate their customers.
