Wow. Just wow. Speechless. I have never experienced such a horrific treatment byany doctor in my whole life. The male OD doctor ( David Tai) here is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL . Please note this review is not for any front of the house staff because they are all very friendly and welcoming plus the exterior and interior of the store look nice as well. This review is specifically for the doctor whose name is David. Very unprofessional, it's not a big deal when there is no greeting but he is checking on his phone constantly while doing my eye exam, and became very hostile when I had questions regarding my prescription. While I am trying to understand the situation, his attitude is basically "do whatever you feel like. I just want to be done with you" I felt threatened by this eye doctor. I was in shock and disbelief when I left the store. I am not saying this is a bad place to go, you might have a better experience with a different doctor. But this David is absolutely horrific. If he is having a bad day and cannot maintain the professionalism it's better to take the day off. I am trying to understand this whole situation but find it's very hard to.
