I always have a wonderful experience at Kew Gardens Family Eyecare. The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful from the moment you walk in. The optometrist is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and takes the time to answer all of my questions with care and patience. I am consistently impressed by how polite, thoughtful and professional everyone is. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I always leave feeling happy and confident that I received the best possible care. Dr. Chin was excellent. I really can’t say enough good things about my experience. I came in for a specific issue, and although it wasn’t something she could treat directly, she took the time to thoughtfully refer me to the right specialist. Her bedside manner was amazing. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and she made sure I fully understood everything she explained. I never felt rushed and felt genuinely cared for. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. I truly felt comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!
