The front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. A special thank you to Betsy — she is truly an amazing employee and went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. I’ve been coming to Vision Quest for over 10 years, and my experiences have always been positive. I don’t know what may have happened in the past with other reviews, but I can honestly say my experience today was excellent. I highly recommend Vision Quest to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional customer service!
