Great communication and I was able to reach them by phone right away. I needed my prescription for my optometrist and he emailed it to me right away. Eye Q Optical also had medical grade protection available for lenses to reduce migraines. He walked me through the options available for my eye strain, migraine and light sensitivity. Very knowledgeable. Pricier than I planned but that was due to all the things that needed to be put on the lenses, the frames were covered by my insurance and he was very kind and patient. Everyone overall was very kind and the nice woman with the wonderful laugh also went out of her way to make sure my prescription was as accurate as possible.

Wonderful customer service!! Had a complex situation with needing glasses for my father who isn’t well and couldn’t come in. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. Glasses were ready within a few days and priced well. Highly recommend!
