It baffles me that this place has such high reviews. Probably because as salesmen they put on a nice smile, but this place is all about profits and doesn't care at all about your health. This is the first business I have ever felt compelled to review online, but I am doing so to warn others to STAY AWAY! Please avoid if you care about your eye health and well-being -- the glasses I got here led me to have unexplained fatigue and eye strain that caused me to do a whole run-around consulting other doctors until I realized the problem began once I started wearing the glasses I purchased here. Miraculously, my fatigue and headaches then all cleared up as soon as I found another optometrist who helped me get new glasses and explained to me what was wrong with the glasses I got from eye&i. But when I came back to eye&i with this information, they refused to redo the lenses that they made incorrectly due to their own negligence and told me I would have to buy a whole new pair of more expensive lenses than the initial ones (due to the prices having since increased), when they are the ones who made the lenses incorrectly in the first place and I was asking that they re-do the exact same prescription, but correctly this time. They didn't even bother to have a conversation with me about what was wrong with my glasses, just told me I have to pay for a new, even more expensive pair if I want them "fixed." That's what I call SCAMMER behavior. I have been seeing optometrists and wearing glasses daily for decades and never had such a poor experience with an optometrist or a glasses store. Both the glasses I got prior to and after the ones I got here were the same prescription, and none of those other glasses gave me the issues I had from the ones made at eye&i. Disappointing, because I wanted to support a Korean local business. But please, if you need glasses or an eye exam, take your money elsewhere.
