I did the rapid PCR test here with some family members. Currently NY is going through a surge in testing demand so we had to pay to get quick results. The process was very seamless, online appointments with confirmations coming to text and email. The location itself processed us very quickly and the test results came in an hour as promised. I would recommend this service.

Took and paid for a rapid PCR test. Was told results would be ready in 15-60 minutes. Over 12 hours later, I did not have results. The office doesn’t answer the phone or respond to texts. There is no way to contact them. Moreover, the staff was pushy and rude when I arrived for my test. The Google page says they are open 24 hours but testing is not available then nor do they have contact lines open. Also, there are discrepancies in the phone numbers provided on their site, here and in the text messages they send to confirm appointments. It’s overall a stressful and inefficient process. There are better options.
