Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service received. I attempted many times to schedule an appointment with Dr. Perez for my 87 year old grandmother. I was told in at the end of 2021 and already in 2022 that only zoom appts--- when the time of the appt came I had to call. All a nurse did was ask me what medications my grandmother took. Months later I requested another appointment-- in person specifically. The day of the appointment I go into the office and was told by the receptionist that the doctor was not coming in. After expressing my frustration all she said was "I understand, sorry"

I recently had to find a new PCP that was in network with new insurance when it was recently changed. I was very disappointed that my previous doctor was not in network. So, I chose Dr. Perez simply because he was located close to my apartment. I lucked out! Though I did not meet with Dr. Perez yet, I met with the rest of the office staff. Jismele, Amarils, Natasha are all responsive,polite and professional and, frankly, cute. The level of service, the professionalism and the fact that visiting that office is a pleasure is something I have not experienced with a doctor's before. I have found the doctor's office to which I plan on staying. If you are looking for a PCP where you will be treated respectfully and professionally, and by attractive and pleasant women to boot, this is where you should come. I love this office. You will too.
