The leasing office, Stephen K. in particular, was super helpful and knowledgeable! He showed us several units with our requests in mind and when we asked to apply right away, he took the time to guide us through the entire application process. Stephen ensured the whole process was smooth and easy. The building and units themselves are great (pretty spacious for NYC) and include nice touches like wine fridges. Our priority was an in-unit washer/dryer and units include this. Importantly, how the units were described online matched what they looked like in real life. We're excited to move in!

101 West End was an incredible place to live! All of the doormen were so kind and helpful, and the common spaces of the building are clean and beautiful! When my new apartment after 101 would only let me move in 2 days after my 101 lease ended building management (Stephen) was so kind and helpful and let me stay here a few extra days!
