Very disappointing experience. My family had Dr Liu and Zhou for 10 years. They were charging extra visit fee for each visit ever we changed our health plan. They became very rude once we realized they charge extra, especially their front desk people. And the front desk people starts to say that we are “stupid” in their dialogue. Which is unbelievable and very disrespectful for their patients. Dr Liu and Zhou came out and protecting their front desk and give very bad attitude and tell us to leave which is very unprofessional and cant believe how they treat their patient.

Bad service.I went to this clinic to get my blood tested for vaccines. When I went to get the results, they forgot. I had to get my blood tested a second time, and they made an appointment to get the results. The results haven't come out yet. It wasted my time. The staff at the front desk even laughed at me. If I have to get my blood tested a third time, I will sue this clinic. 04/21/2025
