I wanted to make an appointment because I had severe lower back pain. The urgent care doctor who I saw the day before said, I need to make an appointment with my primary Doctor ASAP so I could get a referral to see a spine specialist. I spoke to a lady over the phone who told me I would have to wait for a month to see Dr. Suprin because they were all booked. I wanted to explain more in detail and ask questions but she cut me off and put me on hold for the longest. I eventually hung up the phone and had my husband call back to get to the bottom of things. He got a hold of someone and asked to see if we could see another doctor that's available sooner. She said we will call you back to let you know. They never called us back. I'm leaving that unprofessional place and switching doctors. They don't seem to care about their patients at all.

A LONGGGGG wait its like everyone in the community goes to that one place, but the doctors are very nice...the girl in the front (cindy) is very rude and lazy I waited almost 5 hrs for her to do a simple task for me as a patient I expect a little more attention.
