I’ve been coming to Eminent Dental Care for just a little while now, and honestly, it’s been one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. The office is super clean, neat, and well organised. I never have to wait; they see me right at my appointment time, every single time, which is honestly refreshing. The staff? Lovely. Super kind, professional, and welcoming without being over the top and as someone who’s is on the spectrum and struggles a bit with social interaction, I really appreciate that. They’re respectful, and they never make me feel awkward or rushed. Now let me tell you a little story. When I first came in, I had a bad tooth and Dr. Suzanna mentioned it might come to a root canal, and I’ll admit, my guard immediately went up. I thought, “Oh no, here comes another dentist trying to push the root canal agenda.” But I was totally wrong. She did what she does and my the tooth is good now; No unnecessary procedures, no upselling, just solid, honest work. And look, maybe one day that tooth will give out naturally, but if it does, it won’t be because she rushed anything, and that earned my trust completely. Dr. Suzanna is gentle and quick, and explains everything clearly. She actually talks to you like a person. She’s very professional. I live very far from the office and I still drive all the way, because it’s absolutely worth it. Ooh, and they speak Spanish as well!
