Overall a very good experience here. The MRI technologist, Ian, was wonderful. Warm, friendly, and professional. He made the whole MRI process easy and played a fun radio station with lively music during the scan, which distracted me and made the time pass quickly. My appointment ran on time and the whole visit was efficient and fast. The results were also sent to my doctor within two hours, which is impressively fast service. The one area that needs improvement is the front desk experience. The staff seemed organized and efficient, but the interaction felt quite cold. When I walked in I was simply told to sign in and sit down without any eye contact, greeting or welcome. For patients coming in for radiology, who are often already nervous, a little warmth, kindness and even a smile would go a long way. With such excellent technologists and efficient service, a friendlier front desk experience would make this office truly excellent.

There's no way I can return to this location. We were off to a good start when I called and spoke with Jasmine to inform her that I was running late for my 12 pm appointment. She was so kind and said she had an opening for 12:15 pm and could change my appointment to that time and to drive safely. I really appreciated her for this and expressed my gratitude to her in person. My arrival time was at 12:11 p.m and was checked in by a lovely woman. I was there for 3 imaging appointments but 1& 2 kind of go together to start for 12:15 pm and the last at 2:45 p.m. I gave her the script for my 1 & 2 images. I had intended to give her the script for my third imaging appointment upon returning to the waiting area and knowing I had to drink cups of water. Well, I waited and waited and waited. At one point I got up and asked the receptionist who checked me in if they forgot about me...she said she would send them a message. I continued to wait but I had to stand; I couldn't sit any longer. I decided to stand by the door where they call patients. At 1:31 pm, a technician comes to the door and calls a group of women who arrived after me. I said to her excuse me, but I arrived at 12:11 p.m and gave her my name ; she said she would check. She returned at 1: 33 p.m and told me to come in. I just can't understand why and how this would happen. No one behind the counter noticed that I was still waiting for so long. Poor communication and not aware of what's happening in the wait area. I was Extremely Upset. After image 1 a technician by the name of Roseline called me for the second imaging appointment as I was in the small wait area next to my first exam. I must say she was lovely. I shared my experience with her and really appreciate her taking the time to apologize especially for something that wasn't her doing. I told her I had the script for my final imaging appointment in my possession and gave it to her as we proceeded. I've been coming to this location for many many years and I realized yesterday it's time to have my images taken elsewhere.
