Called in to make an appointment after stating my insurance type I was told to switch my PCP to Dr. Gomez but Dr. Pignanelli is on my insurance card. The staff seems to be sending patients towards the Spanish doctor instead of asking who was assigned by the insurance. I wonder if the other doctor knows this?

I went a few times with my brother. We waited 3 hrs. A doctor was covering for Dr Pignanelly.She told my brother he has a tumor in his abdomen. She didn't even touch him. My brother doesn't have any tumor. This is crazy.
