The worse agency ever.. I'm not even sure how they are in business and why do insurance companies use them. Their aides ALWAYS call out and they are the worse when it comes to getting replacements. I am here on a Sunday today 2pm in the afternoon and there still haven't been a reoplacement for the night time aide. You call the company and all the reps say they are sending the information to "someone". Who is this "someone". This someone has no regard for the current aides time and the family's. This someone cant call the aide or the family. Insurance paying crazy money to these incompetent agencies. The ONLY reason we are dealing with done because after 10 plus years of dealing with Elara home care with provides EXCELLENT services, the insurance company parted ways... I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW AGENCY FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AMD DEFINITELY REPORTING THEM TO MY MOMS INSURANCE COMPANY.
