I had a very positive experience at this medical center. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The reception team handled check-in quickly, and the waiting time was minimal. The doctors and nurses were knowledgeable and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. This is the most terrible hospital I have ever been admitted to. The night-shift nurses on the second floor do nothing but gather to chat and laugh, completely ignoring the patients convalescing there. I haven't been able to get any rest for two nights now, and they act with utter negligence when informed that a patient is in pain. The management is abysmal; the hospital is dirty and in very poor condition. Furthermore, there is no way to even call the nurses, as the communication systems on the beds have been disabled. I underwent back surgery, yet they leave you lying in bed unwashed; they offer no assistance and simply ignore the patients.
