My husband called the practice and booked a mid-January appointment with Dr. Pulcheri back in November. We drove to the city for the appointment, but when we arrived, we were told that no appointment had been made. We really liked Dr. Pulcheri when we came in for the immigration exam, but the front desk is just so unorganized. Very disappointed.

Dr. Lutsky has been my PCP for the last twenty-five years. Through run-of-the-mill colds, bronchial infections, kidney stones, and Covid, Dr. L is always there, always responsive. Most importantly, he cares about his patients. Deeply. I’m not sure about the other reviewers’ motivations but for Dr L, his is only to help.
