Even though it was the end of the day, and my dr office was being difficult sending orders, she attended to me with care and humor. Angel Renata saved me! Here for the 3 hour glucose test because WC messed up with their scheduling and cancelled my walk-in until I was there. I had been fasting for 14 hours at 7 months of pregnancy, and arrived this nearby lab for a standby check-in since I took the day off from work and cannot pass the best window for the test. I was very hungry and felt a bit soft on ground while waiting. Renata walked out saw me and immediately took my paperwork, professionally and highly efficiently with gentle care, took my fasting blood draw and offered the next step glucose drink. She even helped opened the bottle lid for me. What a kind and considerate angel. Thank you so much Renata.
