I would like to highlight the incredibly caring and compassionate attitude of the staff. Unfortunately, women come there for biopsies, and that can be very scary. But from the very first minute, starting at the front desk, you are met with so much warmth and kindness. They even offered snacks because it was early in the morning. I spent several hours there going through all the procedures, and when I was leaving, they offered me snacks again. Thank you so much for this level of care and support—it truly means a lot.

Everyone was so very nice so very caring. Angel at the front desk so patiece and understanding and the rest of the front desk staff are very warming. At the back for the imaging Jaylein and Dorian professionally attentive, eveyone. Lenox Hill at Union Square is the best.
