Please avoid this office. What a scam and reviews are fake. I found this office online they took my insurance and were in network. My tooth ( crown) number 6 was shaking. We discussed the process that we will use tooth number 7 and do 2 crowns together. Insurance approved everything. I came to office she did root canal on my tooth 7 and post. Kept pushing cleaning on me. So I agreed. Cleaning usually takes 30-40 min. She did it for 2 min with just water ( no flossing, no cleaning good under crowns, implants, no flossing in between missing teeth. I have few bridges. When I asked her why she didn’t do proper cleaning she told me :” we don’t take tools/ supplies. When you will be back , bring your stuff and we will finish cleaning “. So when I came next time she didn’t mention cleaning at all. She was trying to out clown on my tooth number 7 and send me to a specialist to do implant on tooth number 6. My question is, why would you touch tooth number 7 if you knew you will send me for implant for tooth 6? What was the reason of touching it? Money. So I was charged all those money for root canal and post and cleaning $175 ( that was never completed). Today I went to see another dentist ( second opinion) and she told me that my root canal was NOT done right ( root canal doesn’t go inside post like it should be)and post way too short. Everything she did I have to redo. I am crying and I can’t calm down. You charged my insurance for all those procedures and everything has NOT done correctly Please 🙏 avoid this office. Update: please look at the x-ray above. Tooth all the way to the right was done by another dentist. You can clearly see the difference between root canal that you did ( in the left) and the one on the right ( done by another dentist. A picture is worth a thousand words make your own decision
