I did not get that my images were lost. I was told to come into 3 × 2 pick them up when I live in another borough cost me over $50 each time. I went to get the images and they tell me that their computer was unable to print my image to the disk as well as one of the technicians was very, very nasty to me of Indian descent. I wrote a report in a complaint when one receptionist told me she was the manager when I quest for the manager.She said manager is not there.I ask, how can I leave a message?She said, I'll make sure the manager gets it another day.I had to report back.I asked to speak with the manager.She said she was the manager.I asked her, does she remember our last conversation two weeks prior she said, no. Don't get me wrong. The technician who handled me was amazing.Once I went into the fitting room and the technician who walked in on me who was a different person was very rude a very rude and disrespectful male, walked in while I was changing clothes while two other males looked on.

The staff was super nice and made the whole process way less stressful. Everything was clean, organized, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. They explained what they were doing and made me feel comfortable the entire time.
