This is a review I really looked forward to writing. First let's talk about making my appointment. I made my appointment online, easy and seamless. I was able to select an appointment time and provider of my convenience. Second, upon arrival the office staff each greeted me with a smile and acknowledged my presence. All the staff and when I say all the staff...., all the staff showed loving kindness towards me. They were engaging and made me feel welcomed. I have extremely high expectations when selecting a doctor for my care so when I say I'm LOCKED IN, I'm locked in. I wish I went months ago when I was initially referred. If you are mean, grouchy, angry, unhappy, unkind, uncaring or overall hateful person who's looking to find a REASON to be upset....then this is not the place for YOU! I didn't take any pictures this time because my phone was dying and I had just enough juice to make it back home. On my revisit , I will give an update with pictures. By the way, this was the first time I've been seen when they actually followed through and reached out to my doctors who diagnosed me. Thank God for this little piece of heaven in NYC. 🙏
