Terrible experience. This dentist was extremely rude, rough, and lacked basic manners and compassion toward patients. She handled my teeth so aggressively that I seriously considered walking out in the middle of the appointment. Having sensitive teeth is not an excuse to treat a patient without care or respect. What frustrated me even more was the complete lack of communication. After taking X-rays, she never explained the results or discussed the condition of my teeth. Instead, she immediately started the cleaning without telling me what she found or whether there were any concerns. After the cleaning, she simply said that everything was fine and left. I was given no explanation, no discussion of my dental health, and no opportunity to ask questions. When I expressed discomfort, my concerns felt dismissed. Being told that my teeth could "rot" if I didn't proceed with treatment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and came across as fear-based rather than helpful. To make matters worse, she also tried to sell me an additional procedure for around $40. The way it was presented was especially off-putting. Instead of simply explaining the benefits and allowing me to make my own decision, she said, "if you can afford it." I found that comment inappropriate, condescending, and unprofessional. A healthcare provider should be focused on educating patients and discussing treatment options, not making assumptions about their finances. The most ironic part was being told that I should come back every six months for another cleaning. After how painful and unpleasant this visit was, I cannot imagine voluntarily going through that experience again. A routine dental cleaning should not feel like an endurance test. I left feeling uncomfortable, unheard, and relieved that the appointment was finally over. Between the rough treatment, the lack of communication, the fear-based comments, and the attempt to upsell procedures, this was one of the worst healthcare experiences I have had. That said, the receptionist and other staff members were kind and professional, which I truly appreciated. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Very disappointing experience overall. While the clinical work may be standard, the communication style here is lacking. The tone used by the dentist came across as dismissive and unnecessarily judgmental, which is not what patients should expect in a professional setting. Healthcare providers should be able to address concerns without making patients feel uncomfortable or talked down to. Would not return its all about the money for them no genuine care for their patients.
