Very disappointing experience with Dr. Keyan Ma and the entire office staff. The consultations felt extremely rushed, with little meaningful communication or genuine concern for the patient. Instead of carefully explaining the condition or offering practical medical guidance, the focus was mainly on creating fear and pushing physical therapy. Questions about treatment, medications, prevention, or daily care were either ignored or answered with impatience. The front desk and assistants also appeared disorganized and uninformed about patients’ conditions. The overall experience felt careless, impersonal, and unprofessional. As a patient, I expected professionalism, compassion, and medical ethics. No matter how advanced medical skills may be, without ethics and empathy, they lose their true value.

I have been a patient at Dr. Ma’s office for two years, and each visit has been a great experience. The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. Dr. Ma takes time to listen carefully and explains everything clearly, making sure I feel comfortable and informed. Appointments are easy to schedule, with minimal wait times. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for quality, compassionate care!
