Amazing experience! The front desk staff are some of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met they make you feel comfortable right away. The doctors are truly the best: very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place!

Great Dr Shifrin and great NP but front desk is the worse. Let me explain making appointment as a last minute emergency they making me an appointment same day half an hour from the call, coming on time and being told that I have to wait am the 3rd person. Waiting, seeing the NP everything is ok. On my way out from the room front desk left telling me to my face if I have issues and if it’s an emergency I should have gone to ER. Work ethic is 0. I’m sitting down waiting for blood work this same lady knowing that I’m still in the office starting a conversation with her colleagues about me. The most disrespectful worker I even saw. Besides that had 2 other issues before with my chart was switched with other person who have same name but different DOB. The other time when I got called to my procedure that was already done but according to her I donno what I’m talking about and I have to come in. And after all no sorry for the mistake no apology she is the right one. I been working as an office manager and with those kind of attitude I would fire the person the same second. Working with people you first have to learn some kind of work and HIPA ethics. This office still working only because of the professionalism of the drs. I don’t want to leave this office but will be thinking to change my Dr because dealing with such a rude front desk making my experience way to unpleasant.
