This practice seems far more interested in ease of service and profit. Good for business not so much for patient care. We began the relationship with a discrepancy regarding costs, which were increased after out initial conversation; I accepted the increased adjustment. NO PORTAL. My emails confirming my upcoming appointment were ignored assuming they were not received; I resent them, only to learn the office manager had been counting them without returning them. Very strange behavior indeed. My last e-mail provided details about a new heart condition (abnormal stress test), which called for a change of medication.I finally received a response to that one -saying ONLY that I am sending too many e-mails without any mention of the necessary medicine changes for a heart condition. Sounds as unconscionable as it is ridiculous. Yes? Suffice it to say, Dr.Ravitz may be a smart clinician, but at the end of the day, I'm sure she is aware of how her office is being run.
